With a background in teaching, Lindsay brings remarkable skills to her training sessions with enthusiasm, expertise, and a lot of fun. Establishing connections and assisting others are strengths that she wholeheartedly embraces. Lindsay served as an elementary school teacher prior to embarking on her journey with Healthcare Compliance Associates.

Lindsay is native to Oregon but new to Central Oregon. She and her family are enjoying all that the area has to offer biking, hiking, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, and more.

Passionate about advocating for oral health and maintaining secure protocols in dental environments, Sarah Beth has established herself as a respected authority in her profession.

Outside of work, Sarah Beth embraces an active lifestyle, taking full advantage of the natural beauty and recreational opportunities in Central Oregon. Alongside her husband and beloved dogs, she enjoys traveling in their van, exploring new destinations and immersing themselves in outdoor adventures.

Originally from California, Jessie Varanelli moved to Southern Oregon seven years ago and became a key figure in the local real estate scene. At HCA, she is known for her clever problem-solving, excellent customer service, and enthusiastic training.

Outside of work, Jessie enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband, son, and dogs. She cherishes the vibrant community and the simple pleasures of life in Southern Oregon.

Joining us allows Emily to balance her professional life while enjoying more precious moments with her two children.

Our Story

From the Healthcare Compliance Associate's owner, Kelli Ngariki:

"This business has been a dream for me. My strengths lie in engaging people and helping them understand complex topics in fun, practical ways. My nature is a ’rule follower’ which has proven helpful when working in compliance 😊. I love teaching, studying, learning, helping, and especially, building relationships and developing connections. And, I am becoming the boss I always hoped to have, and I am extremely proud of my staff.

My master’s degrees are in business and education, but I wasn't satisfied working for someone or teaching in public schools. When this business opportunity came up, I jumped and haven't looked back. This business is the perfect blend of my experience, skills, and passions.

My motivation comes from an internal drive to learn, grow, and succeed and to help provide for my family. My husband and I have two teenage sons diagnosed with fragile X syndrome. This is a genetic disease that causes cognitive disability, low language, anxiety, and other autism characteristics. They will likely live with us for the rest of our lives. I want to build a business that is a legacy and support them after we're gone.
