Lindsay Luttrell is a passionate educator turned compliance expert who thrives on helping others and building meaningful connections. After two decades in the classroom, she found a calling in healthcare compliance, where she blends her love for teaching with her drive to make complex regulations accessible and engaging. As part of Healthcare Compliance Associates, Lindsay brings energy, expertise, and a people-first approach to compliance education, making learning both impactful and enjoyable.

Lindsay is native to Oregon but new to Central Oregon. She and her family are enjoying all that the area has to offer biking, hiking, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, and more.

Outside of work, Sarah Beth embraces an active lifestyle, taking full advantage of the natural beauty and recreational opportunities in Central Oregon. Alongside her husband and beloved dogs, she enjoys traveling in their van, exploring new destinations and immersing themselves in outdoor adventures.

Our Story

From the Healthcare Compliance Associate's owner, Kelli Ngariki:

"This business has been a dream for me. My strengths lie in engaging people and helping them understand complex topics in fun, practical ways. My nature is a ’rule follower’ which has proven helpful when working in compliance 😊. I love teaching, studying, learning, helping, and especially, building relationships and developing connections. And, I am becoming the boss I always hoped to have, and I am extremely proud of my staff.

My master’s degrees are in business and education, but I wasn't satisfied working for someone or teaching in public schools. When this business opportunity came up, I jumped and haven't looked back. This business is the perfect blend of my experience, skills, and passions.

My motivation comes from an internal drive to learn, grow, and succeed and to help provide for my family. My husband and I have two teenage sons diagnosed with fragile X syndrome. This is a genetic disease that causes cognitive disability, low language, anxiety, and other autism characteristics. They will likely live with us for the rest of our lives. I want to build a business that is a legacy and support them after we're gone.
